ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY:
The minimum attendance required for all standards is 75% of the number of working days in the school academic year. All students are expected to attend classes regularly. They should come to school punctually at lest 5 minutes before the first bell.

LEAVE:
As a rule, leave will be granted only in the case of illness. In other cases, when leave is required for some good reason, a leave letter should be submitted to the class teacher in advance. If leave is required for more than three days, the letter should be addressed to the H.M. in advance and permission obtained. No leave will be sanctioned for pilgrimages or marriages during school time for more than 3days

ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE:
Names of pupils who absent themselves without leave for four consecutive calendar weeks shall be struck off the roll.

ABSENCE FROM TEST AND EXAMINATION:
Absence from tests and examination in one or more subjects without obtaining the previous permission of the principal shall be detrimental to the interest of the pupil at the time of declaring the promotions.

WITHDRAWALS:
Application for transfer or conduct certificates should be made in writing by the parent or guardian either at the end of the term or within the first 5 working days of them. The terms are from June to October (first term) and November to march (second term)

Pupils leaving or joining in the middle of a term shall pay fees for the full term. They must settle the dues before asking for any certificate.

A duplicate copy of any certificate will not be issued except for very good and sufficient reasons. Certificates will be usually issued 2 days after the receipt of application.

TERM DAYS AND ATTENDANCE:
Every student shall put in an attendance of not less than 75% of the number of working days to be eligible for eligible for promotion to the next higher class.

PASS IN EXAMINATION:
Candidates obtained 35% of the maximum marks separately in each subject shall be declared to have passed.
