Admission Details

The School is open to all classes of pupils. The students who pass the VII standard Examination are eligible to apply for Std VIII. Before a pupil can be admitted, she must be introduced to the Principal by her parents or guardian, who will be responsible for her (pupil’s) conduct and duties as a student.

An application form obtainable from the School office must be duly filled in and signed by the parent or guardian and submitted to the office.

NEW ADMISSION DETAILS: 2020 - 2021
Application forms for the New Admission will be issued from 13th April 2020 from 9 to 12 am. (Rs. 50/- is charged for the New Admission Form)

Admissions will be done on the following days
20-04-2020 to 21-04-2020 - Holy Angels' Hr. Pry. School
22-04-2020 to 23-04-2020 - Other Schools
24-04-2020 to 25-04-2020 - R T C Hr. Pry. School
28-04-2020 to 29-04-2020 - Re-Admission to Std IX & X

Kindly submit the following Documents along with the admission form duly filled.

1. Transfer Certificate (TC) original and xerox with correct name and date of birth
2. Marks Card of Std VII original and xerox
3. Bank A/C Pass Books First Page xerox
4. Aadhaar Card copy - Parents’ and Students’
5. SC / ST Caste certificate.
6. 2 Passport size photos.
7. BPL Card xerox (BPL Card holders only)

Admissions will be denied if failed to attest these documents.
All original certificates must be produced at the time of admission for verification and bring a xerox copy of the same. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Payment Of Fees:
Union Bank of India, St. John's Church Road, Bharathinagar, Fraser town, Bangalore - 05. Bank timings: 09-30 AM to 02-00 PM.
Parents are requested to co-operate with the Management in paying the fees on or before the last date.

School Uniform:
All students are expected to come to school in the prescribed uniform stitched according to the school regulations. No jewellery is permitted, except a small pair of ear-rings .

Books:
All students must provide themselves with the necessary note books as well as pen, pencil and other stationery within a fortnight after their admission. Otherwise they will not be allowed to attend classes. Textbooks will be provided by the School. Students should bring Textbooks and Note books according to the time table.

Attendance:
• All students are expected to attend classes regularly.
• The minimum attendance required for all standards is 85% of the number of working days in the school academic year.

Examination:
During the Academic year we conduct 4 FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS (FA1, FA2, FA3, and FA4) and two SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENTS (SA1 &SA2)
